FAQ

Custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit of half the total price of the wreath, due within 24 hours, before I begin working on your order. Once the wreath is complete I will send you a final invoice and once full payment is received your order will be shipped. Custom orders are usually completed within 1-2 weeks. If you need a custom wreath in less then 7 days there will be an extra rush fee of $25 applied to your order. Please be as detailed as possible in your description of what you'd like on your custom order.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time of your order until the time of shipping. I will be happy to email a picture of the wreath when completed, if requested. If the order runs over 2 weeks (for example, the customers requests something that needs to be special ordered) I will email you and let you know about any delays.

Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed, Monday through Friday. Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double check your information before purchasing. P.S. I Love You Wreaths is not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages.

All sales are final no refunds. However, if by some chance your order was damaged in shipping, please contact me within 3 days of recieving your order with pictures of damage. You may return the wreath in it orginal box so that i can fix it or you may exchange it for something of equal value.
