Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at P.S. I Love You Wreaths.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders will take 1-2 weeks to be completed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but you are able to pay a rush fee of $25 if you need your wreath by a certain date. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
P.S. I Love You Wreaths ships to addresses within the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
P.S. I Love You Wreaths is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact me within 3 days with a picture of the damage, you may send the item back to me in the original packaging for it to be fixed or you may exchange a damaged item for another item of equal value. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales final! NO refunds, returns. If you received your order damaged, please contact me within 3 days with a picture of the damage, you may send the item back to me in the original packaging for it to be fixed or you may exchange a damaged item for another item of equal value. In the case of an exchange, once the damaged item is received by us, your replacement item will then be shipped to you.
